Kronsky is an accomplished attorney with significant litigation experience in both state and federal courts. In private practice, she represented clients during all phases of litigation in a broad range of practice areas, including complex commercial disputes, product liability actions, contractual disputes, consumer and commercial financial services litigation, labor and employment litigation, intellectual property litigation, aviation litigation and insurance defense and coverage litigation.
Prior to joining HNB, Kronsky worked for several years as a permanent judicial law clerk at a federal district trial court. Kronsky’s strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, extensive background and unique skill set make her well-suited to help clients navigate all aspects of complex litigation and make compelling arguments, both inside and outside the courtroom.
