HNB secures $1.2M judgment order on behalf of DISH Network (Spider TV)

On June 12, 2019, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland entered judgment favor of HNB’s client against DIMA Furniture INC., d/b/a Spider-TV, Mohammad Yusif, individually and d/b/a Spider-TV and Tareq Hasweh, individually and d/b/a Spider-TV. The judgment permanently awarded $1.2 million in damages and enjoined further infringement by the defendants.
