HNB acquires $5.96 Million judgment and permanent injunction against online streaming business and its operators. (Tvizion)

On April 1, 2019, the United States District Court for the Central District of California entered judgment in favor of HNB’s client against Tvizion and its co-defendants, awarding statutory damages under the Federal Communications Act in the aggregate amount of $5.96 million, and permanently shutting down the Defendants’ streaming service. The Court further expanded the scope of the Judgment in favor of HNB’s clients on April 2, 2020, when it broadened the permanent injunction to NuMedia Global.
