HNB acquires $3.8 Million judgment and permanent injunction against online streaming business and its operators. (OneBoxTV)

On February 3, 2020 the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida entered judgment in favor of HNB’s client against OneBoxTV and its co-defendants, awarding statutory damages under the Federal Communications Act in the aggregate amount of $3.8 million, and permanently shutting down the Defendants’ streaming service.
